What Theta State is
Theta State connects Los Angeles programs with vetted sound bath, yoga and meditation teachers. Classes are wellness and relaxation programming. They are not medical care, and they are not offered as reimbursable or insurance-billable services.
Booking requests
Sending a request does not create a booking and costs nothing. A booking exists only when our team confirms it in writing.
Pricing and billing
Current prices are shown on the pricing section of the home page. Standing plans are charged in advance on the 1st of the month. Per-class programs are invoiced at month end, net 15. Final terms will be set out in the facility agreement.
Backup and cancellations
Every class has a primary and a backup healer. If neither can run a class, that class is free and credited on the next invoice. Cancellation terms will be set out in the facility agreement.
Non-circumvention
Facilities agree not to hire healers introduced through Theta State directly, outside the platform, for 12 months after the introduction. Final wording is for the facility agreement and is pending attorney review.
